Our People
Our project managers are experienced with development and implementation of project control systems ranging from simple document tracking systems to tools which control project issues, schedules, resources and budget.

Mike Hatfield
Project Manager
Registered Builder No. 10581
Michael has a wide range of knowledge with over 30 years of experience. He is responsible for ensuring projects meet the high standards set out by the Building Code of Western Australia. He holds his qualification with the Chartered Institute of Secretaries with a concentration on Commercial Law and Communication. As a Director of the company Michael has successfully established the company’s reputation for disciplined project management and consistent quality in construction.

Owen Brook
Project Manager
Registered Builder No. 10614
Owen holds the position of Director of National Projects. Formally accredited in Civil Engineering, his technical knowledge together with 30 years of experience has enabled Owen to build, maintain and grow National Projects with a variety of disciplines. Prior to this he gained the necessary skills needed within large Civil and Building companies where he used his natural communications skills coupled with his ability to meet high standards as set out by the Building Code of Western Australia.

Roy O’Toole
Contracts Manager
Born and educated in the United Kingdom, Roy attended Manchester College of Arts and Technology and graduated with a Diploma in Site Management and was further qualified by the Chartered Institute of Building with a Certificate in Site Management and Evaluation. Roy is also a qualified Bricklayer and throughout his career gained experience in other trades including joinery, plumbing and ground works. Roy is a working Director responsible for control of all subcontractors. He takes pride in maintaining the working relationship between site crew, managers and the client.

Our Commitment to the Environment
The range of environmental, heritage and socio-economic issues related to construction project involves a wide range of applicable legislation.
National Projects is committed to continually improve its environmental performance, prevent pollution and responsibly minimise and control its waste.
We help conserve resources by using preferred products which are known to reduce the use of raw materials, packaging and energy and we recycle our onsite wastes.
All our site contractors undergo environmental awareness training to educate them on their responsibilities, communications procedures and requirements, incident response procedures and integration of environmental management and health and safety.
Our management strategies include, prohibition, moving or minimising certain activities to prevent or minimise impact as well as implementing control measures that are designed to prevent or minimise adverse environmental impacts.
