Alterations and additions to convert Building 108, formally known as The Old Squash Court Building into a modern and specialised teaching facility for the School of Occupational Therapy. Works included:
- Extensive demolition of major structural walls, concrete walkways, and columns. This required engineering and installation of staged temporary propping.
- A new 1,000sq/m slab to form the first floor level
- Reconstruction then removal of sections of the existing roof trusses to increase first floor head height.
- Total fit out of the entire building, including new entrances
- To prevent disruption concrete was poured between 2am and 9am.
- The shell of the building had to be kept intact while the internal structure was demolished for the new structure.
- All new services including $1M worth of highly technical audio visual equipment. National Projects had to follow strict procedures and install this equipment in accordance with the clients requirements.

- In order to mitigate noise and disruption to clients,we erected acoustically-rated hoarding and covers to prevent dust ingress.
- With 353 people inducted onsite National Projects boasts no Loss Time Injuries throughout the duration of the contract.
